God bless this store! We came to Hawaii after the loss of our daughter. All I wanted was a bracelet with her name to wear back home. Everywhere we went it was a 4-6 week wait. Then we met Patrick. This man made it happen. He rushed my making of them and even waived the rushing fee. You made me feel so touched by your kindness. You showed us so much love when you could of just made money off us. I would give more stars if I could. Thank you for being a true angel may God continue to bless you!
We want to support local businesses, but had a very unpleasant experience at the Royal Hawaiian Heritage Jewelry store at Pearlridge. I gave them a one star because there is no negative star rating. We went into the store on Monday and the salesperson told us a pair of earrings I was looking at was$209 and also showed me the $209 price tag. I am really disappointed in this store. We saved for years to buy a beautiful Hawaiian heirloom bracelet. We bought it at the Maui store, but then we moved to Oahu. I took the bracelet in for an appraisal and even spoke with the manager she sent it downtown for the appraisal and for cleaning and they called me to come pick it up and they did, however, there was no appraisal.
