Fair pricing, although I did go against my better judgement and did not shop around--there just didn't seem to any point. Max was open about all of the costs and what would be done and for what price. They are quite busy so it did take a few days to get the work done, but once they started they were very quick. Gutters are cheap(er) at the big box stores but it is very much worth hiring a pro to make sure they are installed correctly and these guys know what they are doing.
