Had a great time. John was an excellent guide. He gave us plenty of information that helped with feeling safe - but also pumped us up for the adventure. I appreciated all the geological, political and engineering history he gave us during the trip. The scenery was amazing. We did the Royal Gorge half day. It was just right for our group. I think the full day might have been a bit much. We had only done whitewater rafting once before, but with John's coaching - we had no problems maneuvering the class IV's. I started rafting with this company when I was 11 or 12 yrs old and have never and will never choose any other company. I have been coming back ever since. Guides are always great, knowledgeable, and very funny. Thanks Layton Maddox for being our guide this year!
So awesome! Our guides ( Decker and Lucas) were fun and easy going and helped us have an amazing adventure. We will be back before summer is over for sure.
We came all the way from Texas and you guys did NOT disappoint . We zip line with Jimmy and Decker and rafting with Sarah. Thank you for the amazing time and wonderful memories.
We did the bronze package with zip line first then rafting in the afternoon. Jimmy and Decker were hilarious and made the morning fly by. Sarah was or rafting guide and made the trip down river fun and exciting. I definitely want to go back to raft the royal gorge rapids. Thanks for a great family vacation.
