They took my elderly grandmother's car in to do oil change and to recharge the AC and backed her car into a lift. Can show clearly that it's paint transfer from there lift and could show the marks on lift also is exact color and exact mark on lift along with about 20 other marks from other vehicles. Won't own up to it at all. Very poor work.
