Had tint put on the house of my window for light and privacy due to a house that a builder that put a window directly across for mine. A big thank you to the team at RoyAL glass. I came in with no appointment looking for a solution to a home project. The team not only took time out of their day to find a product that worked for me, but they cut it to size so I can keep my project moving forward. In February 2024 I had the tailgate window on my Suburban replaced, around $700. In September, while driving down the highway, the window hinges came unattached and the window fell out. It did not break, as it was held by the struts. I went back to RoyAl and they spent considerable time trying to reattach it. At the beginning of July, the window fell out again on the highway, this time falling off completely. Luckily no one was directly behind me. I went back to RoyAl, and told them.
