Royal Gardens is a class act establishment! The staff are GREAT! Jerry the driver is wonderful with the residents! I would definitely recommend this place!

They killed my mother. They stole her jewelry and belongings, when I came to retrieve them, they called the police on me. On Christmas Day, they literally forcibly took my mother's compression stocking off my mother... which helped her... A witch named Brianna did that and made my mother cry. My mom is being taken very good care of. The staff is awesome.
I wouldn't leave my worst enemy in their care. They are leaving an ALS patient food and refusing to feed him, so he is starving because he doesn't have the mobility to get the food to his mouth. When we asked the employees why all his food was just sitting there, they replied they were told not to feed him. They are using this tatic to place him in a part of the facility that is on lock down, a place where he was attacked a few months before. The whole place is just sick.
Overpriced with lack of knowledge and care. They call themselves "affordable" yet a studio is 2800. Staff isn't knowledge and is poor at following through. State needs to take over facility or shut it down.
