We do not live in Weslaco but needed to send flowers to a funeral. Royal Garden did a beautiful job and exceeded my expectations for the price I paid.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HORRIBLE WORK!! OVERPRICED!! BY HUMBERTO, 'OWNER". He LACKS professionalism & He forgot that he's running a "bussiness". I ordered a corsage & boutineer 2 weeks ago for prom, pick up time was supposed to be on 05/08/25 @ 2:30, Mind you I get to the flowershop at 2:50, just to learn Humberto the "OWNER", had done my order 1 week prior! I do not recommend this place. I ordered a White Cross with red roses for a funeral and specifically requested a photo of the arrangement once it was completed. Later that day, I followed up via text to remind them to send the photo. The man responded, saying he wasn’t able to get a picture before the drop-off but assured me that it turned out really nice.
