These units are ancient old, and other than location nothing much to look forward to. Property manager becomes un-reachable after you sign the lease. Hard to get any maintenance done. Pretty much everything in the unit is a patch-work which is about to break in no time.

1 star for location, otherwise there is nothing royal about this place. Old property, so expect lot of maintenance issues. Getting hold of someone for maintenance is a whole new adventure. Nobody responds for a long time, then starts the procrastination, which finally leads to some action, hence allow enough days before expecting any service. No property manager onsite.
