This lady at the office OMG! She is so rude!!!!! Even if you try to be nice she doesn’t care! She’s rude my Lord! I don’t know her name but the manager should do something about it! Michelle who worked there was nice! Debbie who works there actually is super nice! But the other one! Lord! Someone can’t be that rude! If it was for her, no one would have a business with this company. Really, the manager should check it out! Too many complaints about her!
The apartment office on Union Road is a joke. The ladies working there are extremely rude and not attentive. I don't know why you pay them to be there. Call the office to complain about the problems in your apartment. They will put you on hold and eventually disconnect the call. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
