I signed a one year lease for July 2020 to July 2021. I moved out after the lease ended and did NOT renew my lease. So, about 1 year later, they called me telling me I owe them rent for august 2021 to may 2022 and reported it on my credit! Please do not rent here. I now have to take them to court about this.
I don’t know why they post their office hours online and also on the office but the manager is rarely there then what’s the point of posting the hours if your not going to be there even other apartments they post they post the hours and the manager is constantly there wish they can give me the option of posting no stars 🤦♂️
They prohibit children from playing in the yards. They should rather prohibit dogs from doing their business in the gardens. They should take them out into the street to do their business. The dirty parking lots only dust all the cars and they don't even stay clean. The washing machines are not even worth mentioning. They are all dirty and need to be cleaned for real. I hope the manager can solve all this.
