I don’t know why they post their office hours online and also on the office but the manager is rarely there then what’s the point of posting the hours if your not going to be there even other apartments they post they post the hours and the manager is constantly there wish they can give me the option of posting no stars 🤦♂️
They prohibit children from playing in the yards. They should rather prohibit dogs from doing their business in the gardens. They should take them out into the street to do their business. The dirty parking lots only dust all the cars and they don't even stay clean. The washing machines are not even worth mentioning. They are all dirty and need to be cleaned for real. I hope the manager can solve all this.
Budget friendly apartments in Cypress CA
I signed a one year lease for June 2020 to June 2021. I moved out after the lease ended and did NOT renew my lease. So, about 1 year later, they called me telling me I owe them rent for July 2021 to July 2022! Fraud!
, the apartment ( building )is too old with Low mentenace. It’s disappointing that neither the management nor Landlord have no showing interest in providing services or repairs to to damages during 10 years I leaved there. No respose to emergency call when emergency response needed. I leaved there for more than 10 years and any thing that I ask for mentenance like painting the kitchen or fixing problems it will not be done.
