Great little place! I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to save some money--cheap rent and nice people. the Maintenance people are responsive and friendly. The area is obviously a little sketchy, but you get what you pay for. I had no issues here and would tell my closest friends move in!
Very large, affordable apartments. I lived here for a few years and it really suited my needs. The maintenance staff was responsive and helpful whenever I had a problem. The neighborhood is obviously a bit run down and has some problems, but these particular apartments are safe and there were few, if any, incidents while I was there.
