From the first contact with the staff to the last act of kindness our family received positive and professional service. The receptionist always had a warm and welcoming greeting. The director was always polite and professional. The packages were made available and explained to understand clearly what was offered to help the family make the best decision. My brother's (Tyree D. Pettis III) passing was completely unexpected, and no one in my family was prepared for this process. I can't begin to describe how fortunate we were to work with Royal. Everything was handled absolutely perfectly. I couldn't have been more pleased with your patience and thorough explanation of this process.
