Great Variety For a flat price there is a buffet of salads, soups, carved meats, side dishes, beverages, and desserts. The restaurant is brightly lighted, very clean, and shiny. It was very popular the evening that I visited. The salad bar had several offerings besides lettuce: diced egg, shredded carrots, peas, sunflower seeds, bacon bits, diced ham.
