Yuki made me comfortable from the very beginning. She asked me if the pressure was good to make sure I was comfortable. She worked all my critical areas and relieved the pain that I had. This was my third visit here. The first two times were great, which is why I came back. Unfortunately, today's experience was completely unacceptable. I booked a 60-minute massage. Before we started, I clearly explained where I was experiencing the most pain and specifically requested a gentle massage. Instead, the masseuse repeatedly applied very strong pressure to my back. I took my husband for a couples massage as an early father day gift--- I feel SO bad because it was all for him but I'm the only one who enjoyed the massage. My masseuse was an expert in her craft, she did 10/10 amazing job and I would return for only her specifically. My husband said his experience was very different- his was terrible.
