We had had two plumbers (different companies) come by to look into why our tub was leaking into our downstairs office causing our ceiling to leak water. They could not figure it out. I called Royal Flush late Monday afternoon, and a plumber (Stevie) came that same evening around 9:45pm. Stayed until close to midnight. My water heater had some issues from a previous shoddy installation and sprung a huge leak less than a week after moving in to the new house. I called Royal Flush close to 10 am and Dimitri was there right before 1 pm. He was great - explained everything thoroughly and worked with me to give me a fair price and a plan for when I wanted to update the water heater in the future.
