Garrett & his helper were a joy to work with! Even though the wrong part came Garrett found a solution to fix the furnace (and I ended up getting a portion refunded because that part was so pricey)! As a single woman I felt very comfortable with them - I felt I was being treated honestly & professionally (which is rare & hard to find). And the crawl space where my furnace is located isn't the most fun to access but they both went in & out of there several times.
