Personnel were prompt, friendly, informative, equipped, through, clean, double checked function, made suggestions to prevent reoccurring problems and appreciative of my business.
Had an urgent main water line repair needed. Home was loosing 25 gallons per minute. Rory Flush answered their phone, went out the same day (evening) to look at the area that was marked by American Leak and then provided an estimate that same night. They had an opening in their schedule for the following day. Price was consistent with another plumber that could not get out there right away. Great company and customer service.
Outstanding service for a toilet repair and the price was very reasonable. The team was also quick, professional, and very communicative. I highly recommend them.
