I had a clogged kitchen drain so I contacted Royal Flush Plumbing. I'm a senior and they offered senior discount plus upfront estimates. Paul emailed me with an estimate. Once I agreed to, he set up appointment for the following day. Paul was friendly, courteous and professional. It took him approximately 20 minutes longer than he had anticipated but he never charged me extra for the time. He cleaned up the mess after fixing the problem.
