We had our floors re-stained by Royal Floors. Amin was excellent to work with, and provided helpful and candid answers to all our questions. Unfortunately, after the flooring was finished, we discovered that the house was left uncleaned, with sawdust covering our trimmings and surfaces all over the house, on top of other messes left behind. After Amin heard about this, he refunded us for our time spent cleaning up the mess. While the situation isn't ideal, his response was much appreciated.
Amin was a pleasure to work with. He was always responsive and answered all of our questions. Our hardwood floors came out great and were installed/refinished with care. I would use this company again.
Amin is great as he is very helpful, honest and carries best products at his store to choose from.
Both Reza and Amin were extremely helpful in offering advice and expertise in my selections of Luxury Vinyl to replace my upstairs carpet and also carpet selection to replace the carpet on my stairs. I had done my "homework" by visiting other flooring companies both online and in person. None compared to the service I received at Royal Floors. Good customer service and delivery of great work. We replaced the whole house carpet and are very happy. They did a good job as scheduled. Completed the work within a day in a professional manner. Amin takes care of his customers. Highly recommended.
