We recently used Royal Floors to recarpet the entire top floor of our home, including all four bedrooms and the landing, about 1,700 sq ft total. Working with Amin was easy from start to finish. He came out quickly for a free quote, gave honest recommendations without trying to upsell us, and communication throughout the process was excellent. We had our floors re-stained by Royal Floors. Amin was excellent to work with, and provided helpful and candid answers to all our questions. Unfortunately, after the flooring was finished, we discovered that the house was left uncleaned, with sawdust covering our trimmings and surfaces all over the house, on top of other messes left behind. After Amin heard about this, he refunded us for our time spent cleaning up the mess. While the situation isn't ideal, his response was much appreciated.
Amin was a pleasure to work with. He was always responsive and answered all of our questions. Our hardwood floors came out great and were installed/refinished with care. I would use this company again.
