This is my third year living at the RF. I love the community and the easy commutes to the grocery stores and easy school routes. The staff are wonderful easy to communicate with and very efficient. Overall the inside apartment is beautiful, the master bathroom Toilet have lack of power pressure so you have to double flush it. I lived in two units here so I can tell you that’s the only problem.
