My agent Kymberly was extremely unprofessional and acted out during the entire process fighting and argued with everyone involved even myself. The experience of something that should have been positive was ruined by her lack of professionalism. She had a personal issue with the loan officers and caused a lot of undue stress and issues that were not necessary.
