Terrible customer service. There used to be an older guy who worked there which was sweet but now it’s a young guy, he’s very rude. Told me, “not to come back” because of his poor hospitality, accused me of my card not going through but on the screen it said “approved and thank you”. Very disappointed.
Best experience of any Mart here in Charlotte, have all your tobacco needs. I've written many reviews on this site but this Mart has to be one of the best places in Charlotte to get your stuff
