This car wash experience was AMAZING! My car was absolutely spotless when it was done! Everyone on the team, especially Pete, was super helpful! Efficiently run - would highly recommend!
Each and every time I have visited the car wash it has been exceptionally clean and well kept, the services have left my car sparkling and brand new, and the workers have been friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for better.
Unfortunately I had a poor experience at the New Milford car wash today at 107 Danbury Road in New Milford. I had been holding a receipt for a car wash since October. Today I attempted to use it and though there is no written expiration date shown on the receipt I was told by the attendant they are only good for 30 days. Very disappointing. Went through car wash more than two weeks ago and significant damage was done to the undercarriage of the car due to construction work being done at the entrance to the facility. I was asked to fill out a report which I took the time to do. It has been over two weeks and despite repeated stopping by the car wash itself and calls to the manager, there has been no reply.
I had a problem with a credit card charge just going and going the machine would not shut off. I left a business card sent emails to the company and have not heard anything from the posted manager. Very poor customer service.
Just want to say tony is great guy , his Work is outstanding always, everything he does he gives it a 100 percent he is your best employee there your lucky to have a person like him on the team
