I will never use this place again. I bought a new Toyota 4 Runner on 9-8 on 9-9 I ran it through the carwash and it put a 6 inch scratch and 2 dings in the fiberglass. They told me there no way the machine did it so they will not take responsibility. It's a brand new vehicle.
Will not be returning sadly after visiting this location weekly. The car wash knocked my passenger side mirror loose, then I watched it get blown off by the dryers. Then I received a call this morning that they wouldn’t cover it because my car is older than 7 years??? Ridiculous after spending $12 on a car wash that didn’t even get all of the bugs off my windshield, but now having to spend $60+ on a new side mirror to pay someone to install?? My side mirror was damaged on my van because it hit the side of the building as I was exiting the car wash. They said it was my fault because I was off the belt and I turned the wheel into the building. They had proof on video. Why would I do that!! Of course, they took no responsibility. They did not even offer me a refund. In the past, they have always turned my mirrors in for me but not today. Because they were to busy to due there job correctly I now have damage to my side mirror. I have used the self serve washes here for years with 0 issue, but I have very recently took my car through their Express Tunnel Wash and my car came out with almost a dozen new scratches. Some minor but most very deep. Along with the new scratches my car still remains very dirty. I have never used a car wash like this but now I know to stay far away from them if you care at all what your car looks like.

The $10 wash only rinses half your vehicle. Attendant offered a rewash but I didn't feel like going through backwards to get the other side clean! I've mentioned this several times to them (email post, in person at the office, to the attendant) and it never seems to get fixed. My car didn't look much different after the wash than it did before. Total waste of $10.
