We took a trip on bus 492 with bus driver Jason today. The ride was very pleasant as was the driver.

Flat tire. Driver couldn't reach anyone at Royal Excursions. We were left stranded for five hours. Thinking this company should have a planned procedure for a flat tire. Won't ride with them again.
We booked this company for a wine weekend. Cindy was great and very attentive to our groups needs. We would use them again for sure!
Our group rented a bus for our 8-hour wine tour 6-18-16. Royal Excursions provided a vehicle with BROKEN AIR CONDITIONING!! No forewarning, no apologies. Made for a long, uncomfortable 90-degree day for 27 people.
