Cermak & Clark Chicago September 19th around 7:25 am. In an attempt to turn on a red light, the driver nearly hit several pedestrians attempting to cross in the crosswalk with the crossing signal/right of way. It seemed the driver was more focused on cars coming at the bus as it blocked the intersection (& crosswalk) than on the many pedestrians attempting to cross. We had the pleasure of our second trip with Royal Excursion yesterday. The bus is very clean and comfy. At booking it was requested that we have Rufus as our driver. This driver is very professional and many of us consider him as a friend. We had about 30 people on our bus trip. Refus took good care of us driving to several breweries and a winery and at the end of the evening he dropped us all off safely at our homes. What a great time! Thank you Rufus and Royal Excursion.
Tim went above and beyond when I worked with him to book transportation for my son’s wedding earlier this month. I really appreciated everything that he did. Since he was the driver on the day of the wedding, I was happy that I got to meet him! I’d highly recommend Royal Excursion.
We used 2 vans with Royal Excursions for a wedding. Tim was a delight to work with setting this up...patient with me, timely responses, and professional. The two drivers were great and were able to be flexible as schedule changes came up. I would definitely recommend this company.
