The wonderful service here never disappoints!! The staff is friendly, warm and so efficient!! Glad to have them back on this side of the town. No one in the city quite like them !! �

Royal Essence Spa at Tapestry Park is the best!! I've followed this business from Town Center, to River City, and now to Tapestry Park!! The staff is courteous and polite, and the new salon is gorgeous!! It definitely gives you a "royal" feeling, every time. The business has been handed down to Emily, the new owner, and she expects nothing but the best from the staff!!! RETP has a lifetime customer in me!!! ����
Where Emily goes, I go! Royal Essence at Tapestry Park is beautiful! Modern design with excellent service!! Please note that the location at the Town Center is under new management and the service does not even compare (and that's being nice). The best manicures and pedicures in town!
This is hands down the best salon in Jacksonville! I've been a customer for about 5 years because of the service and quality. I will only get gel manicures done at Royal Essence because everywhere else chips and/or starts to peel after a week. Also, Emily is awesome! She is one of the hardest working people I know, and her dedication and loyalty to her customers is obvious. I just love her! But, don't take my word for it, come check out Royal Essence in Tapestry Park yourself (not Town Center, new ownership).
This place is great! Peaceful, beautiful, and the staff is wonderful.
Love the relaxing atmosphere and the 5 star pedicures and especially the gel manicures. I always get compliments on my nails. No need to go anywhere else :)
