First time I have ever been there, and I'll never go back. Made an appointment a few days ago for a manicure, pedicure, with gel polish and a lip wax. I get there today at 9:30 when they first open, and the young lady at the front desk wasn't so very welcoming however she did want to talk to me forever about pricing. I had the worst pedicure I've ever had I barely felt any kind of massage, cuticles look horrible- my nail experience was just the same and I was never asked about my lip wax. My absolute favorite nail salon in town! The pedicure includes hot wax and stones as well as a long leg massage. I won’t go anywhere else for my nail services!
The staff was polite, the prices were fair and we had a great pedicure. We will return again!
I have been here 2x and Kevin and Jasmine both did amazing! Very reasonably priced pedicure and you get what most places charge extra for included. Will definitely be back!
Totally enjoyed my first time at Royal Essence with my daughter and sister in law. The VIP room is awesome! Will definitely go again soon!
