RJ and his crew ROCKED the house! My brother's wedding was off the hook, we had so many pictures from the photobooth and loved the selection of music. I have never seen some of my family let loose like that night. Wonderful vibes all around, RJ knows exactly how to take care of his clients!
Raul and his team were fantastic! My family and I had a short notice from another DJ company that wouldn't be able to be our sound for the night. We settled on Raul after he gave us many options for packages that he provided. Very professional and very attentive to our needs. I understand that he has a team of professional DJs that help him out with different bookings. Those people carried his same professionalism! HIGHLY recommended!
My experience with Royal Entertainment at my best friend’s wedding was incredibly disappointing. The DJ, Charlie, was unprepared, argumentative, and unprofessional throughout the night. There were some technical issues with the ceremony music, but my direct interactions with Charlie began during the couple’s first dance. He started playing the wrong song, and when I went over to let him know, I saw that he had the songs scribbled down on a piece of paper. DJ Charlie was assigned to my daughter's wedding. She booked through Royal Entertainment and provided a detailed schedule and playlists. I noticed the DJ was still setting up close to the scheduled ceremony start time (bringing things in from his truck, trying to connect to WiFi, etc.). At the ceremony start time, I went out to confirm he was ready, and he started the processional music.
