In June of 2019, I purchased the RE 2019 Himalayan from Royal Enfield located in Schenectady, inside of Precision Automotive. I worked with Ellis who was very pleasant at the beginning process of purchase. In July, I brought my bike in for its first service and returned to a $342.12 bill (see 1st photo of service breakdown). RecommendedI was very up front about not being in the market right now, just wanted to see the 650's in person. However the owners still treated me top notch, and even offered a test ride. They have a passion for this amazing brand that is contagious. I expect they will continue to thrive and grow as this brand grows, and both have a lot to offer! I feel like if and when I due pull the trigger on a RE, I'll have a great dealership for support!
