I have to start by sharing that Jason Kim took care of me through-out my entire visit. Harley Davidson / Royal Enfield is lucky to have a great dude working with them at the Nassau County location. Jason was very knowledgeable about motorcycles, was transparent about the whole process, and made me feel comfortable with the trade-in/buy a new bike process. Couldn’t be happier with the service here. Purchased my Royal Enfield Interceptor here back in November. I came in on the fence between the classic and the interceptor, Corey and Charlie were super knowledgeable and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each bike so I could make the right decision. And when I called them up recently with a question about the bike they were just as helpful months after closing the sale. Great bike, great guys, and a great buying experience.
Please avoid purchasing any brand of Royal Enfield. No parts availability. your motorcycle will stay more with This dealership for repairs as compared to for your riding purposes. Honest advice. you will waste money and time. please buy any Japanese brand over this.
Incredibly disappointing purchase so far. I went in to the dealership around 2 weeks ago to look at bikes and spoke with Charlie who was very helpful and friendly. He made me aware of some deals they had running and I was sold on one of the bikes. I tried to reach him that Saturday, and wasn't able to until the end of the day, to try to begin the process but they were closing up shop for the weekend.
