i recently purchased my 2016 chevy silverado from ROYAL EMPOWERED MOTORS i couldn’t be more happier they helped me a lot, made it easy for me as a first time buyer, gave me what i was asking for and they had 10/10 customer service can’t complain at all i 10/10 recommend this place and will be buying another vehicle from theme in the future

Bought a car. They accepted my down payment, all docs were signed, loan was finalized. THEN it turns out the showed me the wrong car, the inspection was never done on the correct vehicle, they claim it was an accident and now the vehicle is at a mechanic awaiting inspection. My son went to pick up the vehicle and they made him wait for two hours with multiple different excuses as to why they could not deliver the vehicle.
