I was so excited to see black women in this field on there website. I called for basic information & the interaction with the women who answered the phone was very unpleasant. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or what but I definitely wasn’t greeted professionally or pleasantly. I was so happy about trying this facility but after that I am now completely turned off.
