We had to bring our Duromax generator in for repair multiple times, under warranty. Both times, Royal Edge was easy to communicate and work with. While I cannot recommend Duromax, I can highly recommend Royal Edge & Mower for repairs. Thank you for your help!
I brought my Husqvarna 455 into their shop for a gas leak that I could not find. I asked them to call me before they did any type of work on it and tell me the price I get a call about Less than a week later, and they tell me that the Gromit to the fuel tank is leaking and there’s a bad carburetor(The day I dropped the saw off I finished putting in a brand new carburetor brand new out of the box. Nothing wrong with it). I was told that the price to fix it would not be worth fixing the saw because it would cost more to fix it... read more

I’ve been taking my units and mowers for professional use to Royal for a few years now. Their price is worth it because their quality of repair exceeds expectations. I won’t be taking my equipment anywhere else. It’s not worth it to pay for less quality anywhere else when I have customers myself to maintain. Thank you for your hard work and attention to detail!
