My mower was still under warranty and they are an authorized dealer for GreenWorks. Although GreenWorks was very slow to deal with, the service department at Royal edger really took care of me and had my back the entire time. They have done a great job with communication and getting everything fixed as quickly as they could. I am more loyal to this service department than the brand of my mower. I will be going to them from now on and will recommended them to everyone.
I almost hate to leave this review, because EVERYONE will go there & that might affect the parking, lol. This place is a diamond in the rough… a real hidden gem! The service people are “ old school” kind of great! Service like it used to be. They are knowledgeable, professional & extremely helpful. If they don’t have what you need, they will go out of their way to find or make it happen. I only buy my equipment through Roy at Royal Edger. He is always taking good care of me and my company and has always taken really good care of my equipment and my time.. His manager in the service department is amazing. He’s always making sure I’m taking care of.Brandon a joy!
On this occasion I needed help with getting a new chain for my 261CM. Turns out that the bar I was using was the wrong size for the saw. Brandon was very knowledgeable and set me up with the correct bar and chain and I’m able to do much more with the right equipment.
Best dealer in town. I have been going there for over 10 years and will never go to another.
