Can’t follow simple instructions No creases in the pants and every fourth time we get creases in the pants. Dry clean a $250 Barbour sweater and they put it on a wire hanger now it has permanent hanger marks!! 🤯
They have been cleaning my shop rags for 5 1/2 years , they get bought out by same guy that owns griffins and I am told they don’t have the equipment to clean them , and no body would even call and tell me anything after 3 weeks , i guess he sold equipment , oh well lost my business.

This message is about the royal cleaners on hwy 69 north at trade mart. I took a blouse in July 30, 2018. I tried to pick it up today. It is gone. I am waiting on a corporate reply. I will reserve the right to change my current negative review pending the outcome of their search for my clothing.
Just left royal cleaners and because I didn't follow a certain unknown protocol I'm basically out of luck. I've been a customer for 3 years and have never complained before now. Last week I go to put on a shirt fresh from the cleaners and notice 2 buttons missing and a hole where 1 of the buttons used to be. Instead of putting a, ruined, shirt back on the hanger and in the plastic, I threw it in my dry cleaning bag to be addressed on my next trip. This place ruined my favorite dress and refused to take responsibility after months of attempts on my part to resolve the issue. I do not recommend it. Very bad customer service all the way to the upper management level. I will tell everyone I know about this experience.
My wife's favorite dress was ruined at Royal Fine Cleaners. Instead of taking responsibility and paying the WHOPPING total of about $50, they chose to lose customers. Not only this, but it took a ridiculous amount of time and effort for my wife to track someone down who would actually hear her complaint. Most certainly will not ever patronize this business again, and we plan on contacting the local chamber of commerce. We're not over-reactors. We did our due diligence and the outcome was terrible.
Ruined a dress. Bad enough but took 4 months to get a response and did not even refund cleaning bill. Offered store credit. Like I would give them anything else to ruin.
The downtown location lost a dress about 5 months ago and despite literally 5 trips into the store and an email basically begging for someone to contact me, I can't get anyone to call me back about it. The associates in the store promise over and over that someone will call me but it has yet to happen. The dress was described completely incorrectly in their system (wrong colors AND pattern) but they don't seem to care. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
