Excellent pharmacy, and doctors
I had multiple issues with this pharmacy, including incorrect or missing information about medication expiry dates, failure to mention refrigeration requirements, and delayed refills. Due to these repeated problems, I chose to switch to another compounding pharmacy.
Today I went into Royal Drugstore and had a wonderful experience, I was dropping off an item for Purolator and the ladies that helped me went above and beyond, I highly recommend this drugstore.
Stopped by this side of town to pick up my step-daughter’s medication, and the service was excellent. The young lady in the black mask was very polite!
I have yet to come across a better pharmacy than this! It's a beautiful, family owned, smaller pharmacy that gives you a personal feeling of 'you are important'. You can feel the benevolence when you walk up to the counter, and Ash (owner) is always cheerful, with a smile and a hand to his heart shows empathy for all his customers with his staff being top notch. I could go anywhere else, but I'll drive to the other end of the city just to be their client. Thank you Ash and Raffi for all you do
