Food quality has went down the donuts are extremely greasy. Not to mention the workers hygiene is questionable. A worker came to the window in a bonnet. It’s just sad to see this place fall so far. Used to be a time they seemed to care about presentation and quality. Maybe these companies don’t value its customers because we aren’t a big city where we have options. I used to love Royal Donut in Danville. It's a tradition that when my friends and I drive to Indy, we always stop at Royal Donut. Since the pandemic, the cake donuts have gotten really small. Shrinkflation is a thing, and the cake donuts at Royal Donut are clear evidence of it. I thought we had started bouncing back from this by now, but based on the size of their cake donuts, we have not.
