Ordered sliders and an exhaust gasket online. The sliders were bent to fit in the box and the gasket carelessly thrown in the same box resulting in it breaking in half. We really needed the gasket for this weekend so before driving from Bobcaygeon to Whitby we called and asked if it was in stock. The employee stated they had it in their hand and was placing it aside for us to pick it up. An hour and a half drive to the store later the part was nowhere to be found. Waste of money and colossal waste of time.
My husband and I have called every day to get information on the order that we ordered before Christmas as it was supposed to be within five days for delivery still haven’t got it and still can’t get through to anybody on the phone. We’ve been on hold for hours and hours on end both of us and still no answer. Very disappointing in this company. I understand Christmas is busy but for nobody to even answer the phone that we’ve sat on hold for hours every day very unacceptable
