Michelle was very helpful and spent about 2 hours giving us advice and offering the best support. I had an amazing experience and will definitely return in the future.
Just passed my M1 and decided to get all my gear in one go. The selection here is amazing and Michelle took so much care to answer any questions I might have and make sure everything fit perfectly. The location was a little out of the way for me but the service was so good that I will 100% be coming back for any other gear I might need.
Michelle was amazing helped me and my friends find everything we needed to start biking journey she easily spent 2 hours with us make sure we were comfortable and understanding of each thing. Overall 10/10 I would 100% recommend her expertise!
Last Thursday, I visited the store to get geared up for my safety course, and I was truly impressed by their top-notch customer service. A special thanks to Zack, when he noticed that I seemed a bit lost, he approached me, asked about what I needed, and then patiently explained everything while guiding me through the gear selection process.
