I went in today to replace my 20 year old Shoei. Michelle helped me go through all the options until I once again chose a black Shoei. Highly recommend you go see Michelle if you need a new helmet, she is knowledgeable and very helpful.
Extremely Disappointed – Poor Product and Even Worse Service I purchased a pair of motorcycle gloves from this store that ended up causing terrible pain to my knuckles after just two uses, the gloves have absolutely no damage and are in the same condition I bought them. When I brought them back hoping to return or exchange them, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude from the manager, who was more worried about not being able to "resell the gloves" and to “call corporate” instead. Emilie was extraordinarily helpful. Through her expert knowledge on the product line - she guided me from start to finish in my search for the right helmet, jacket, pants, gloves and boots, and all for a great price. I am glad I visited Royal Distributing today.
Love the store. Various price options for every budget with a good selection. My 3 star rating is due to a few ppl in the parts department seem a little put out some days and aren't very customer friendly.
Our salesperson at the Whitby store was Michelle. She was genuinely outstanding at her job, knowledgeable and friendly. My son was able to decide on a motorcycle jacket and helmet with her assistance. Great job Michelle. We will definitely come back.
