Seriously! Always extremely disappointed in Royal on every visit. We spent 40 minutes in the helmet section. With a sales lady literally right beside us. Maybe instead of SOLEY concentrating on just that ONE customer for say 40 minutes? Or chatting to the customer about his job and not helmets. You could of politely asked if we needed some help. Great selection of motorcycle clothing and boot. Fair pricing
Not my first time here and it won't be the last. Great place to shop with great sales personnel. My wife and I arrived from Kingston to by a helmet and ended up walking out with a helmet, and 2 Jackets. Our sales person was Michelle and she was great. Felt so at ease talking to her and she will be our go to person from now on. She deserves alot of praise.
I had to go their this week to pick up a bunch of motorcycle accessories for my Son who is taking his M2 class - I had James assist us. He was very knowledgable about all the products and brands and helped us make the best choices . I had go back a few days later to pick up one more thing for my husband also taking the class and he helped me again - answering all my questions and helping me pick the best option for what I needed. Give that man a raise 😉
