Initially cut the tile too big, filled it with globs of silicone to “fix” the issue. The employee who showed up to fix it was very unprofessional made racial remarks about the genesis warranty person. The company eventually had contractors come back to fix the tile, but overall not a good experience. I cannot imagine doing workmanship like this thinking it’s a quality job in the first place.
