Worst dentist I’ve ever been to
I brought my son into this dental office on Thursday.. They took X-rays and all that normal stuff. As they got to what I thought was supposed to be the cleaning. She polished my son teeth without cleaning them first, I was confused and thinking maybe their process is different Then the doctor came in to get the build up from his front bottom teeth I was thinking maybe she will clean them, Now they put the fluoride on his teeth and didn't clean his teeth. Went in for an insurance covered cleaning. Was denied and told I need to spend $175 on a deeper clean then given a $3400 bill about wisdom teeth being pulled. The lady who did my X-rays was also very rude and unfriendly. Made me very uncomfortable and hurt me while doing X-rays because she wasn’t gentle. Seems like an office just looking for any way to charge you. The no signage on the building is also a red flag. 0/10 recommend. I obviously left and won’t be going back.
Really bad experience with Brident Dental. The problems started when they upgraded my treatment and added extra charges without clearly asking or getting my approval first. When I went back to get the billing fixed, I was told I would be getting a refund. Instead, they charged my card a second time because they said they thought the first charge didn’t go through — but it did. Dr Mehood and Stephanie were very nice and welcoming. The crown procedure was quick and painless. Update: They have been very unhelpful with getting me prescription-strength extra fluoride toothpaste. I have tried to get a prescription 3 times, 3 different ways and they have failed to do it every time.
