Great doctor and great staff
HORRIBLE service…. No one answers the phone, and I have their dental plan paid off for the whole entire year. HOW DO I GO ABT canceling it and getting my money back?… . Did they close the office but kept my money?…
The first time I went to this dentist back in October 2023, it was great. But I have been trying to go back for a follow up and I haven't been able to get anyone on the phone. I had an appointment on November 6, 2023. I got a text saying it was cancelled and to call to reschedule. I called a few times, no answer. Finally got a call a few weeks later saying they had a flood and had to close the office. Okay fine, I understand things happen. I was rescheduled to come in, by this time it's December. This office never answers the phone or returns messages. I have been trying to get an appointment for over a month. They are unfortunately my assigned dentist with my insurance plan.
Hate dentists visits, but hey you have to do what you got to do to make sure my teeth are in great condition. So, my friend recommended me to see Dr.Gul and I don't regret it at all. To be honest I don't like dentists but this time was The Best Experience I ever experienced. Jackie is the Best made me feel so comfortable, if it wasn't for her I probably would of jump out the chair and leave. She is really communicative and made my visit Soo comfortable. I really recommend everyone to go there you won't regret it
