The two-level layout was the one thing I really wanted, upper part for the table and grill, few steps down toward the yard. Keeps the smoke from blowing right over where we're sitting, which honestly wasn't even the plan, just worked out that way. Royal Deck kept the color pretty neutral, blends into the trees back there instead of standing out. Happy with how it sits in the yard.
Our backyard is not very big so getting the size right mattered. We talked it through on site and figured out a layout that fits without taking over the whole space. It is a pretty straightforward deck with steps. Nothing fancy. But it made things a lot easier. Walking out of the house feels natural now, carrying food outside is not awkward anymore. Timeline was about what they said. Happy with Royal Deck. Recommend it!
Absolutely outstanding business. I've never had a project run so smoothly. My deck was designed by a architect so I wanted it to look exactly like drawing. They did just that. Unlike other companies we'd met with, he listened to what we were looking for and accommodated us - no pushy selling involved. Highly recommended. I had received multiple quotes from different company for a new deck and Royal Deck's prices were comparable. What made me decided to go with Royal deck was their superb customer service and the technology they use, specifically the helical piles.
