Jeff is the best barber in NYC I’ve been going to him for a decade now. The most observant and curated barber for all kinds of hair. He cuts younger children’s hair as well I brought both my nephews 3 years old and he was very patient made the hair cut experience memorable.
My first hair cut in Royal Cutz with Jef. I’m so happy with my haircut! Definitely the best option in Richmond Hill for sure!
