Booked and appointment 4 different occasions and either thier barber wasn't there or they don't work there anymore. No one tries to help and dismiss you after telling them you had an appointment, the. Proceed to tell you to go to their other shop in Rockville. No one there tries to help and incredibly unprofessional. They just tell me that just work there and there is nothing they can do, that I should reach out to the owner.

I cannot believe the service my 3yr old and I received this afternoon. We are not first timers. Every other time we have gone, they have for the most part been patient with my kids. From the moment I walked in and said hi to the bald guy and didn’t even get a response that should have been my cue to leave. The African guy cut his hair. First and more than likely last time trying to work with them. I called a couple days prior to get some insight on if it's appointment only or if walk-ins are welcome. They man that answered the phone gave me the answer to my question but it was a little cold (no problem could be busy) Fast forward to the evening I schedule an appointment for Saturday 7/4 @ 10:00am. It was my first time there and made an appointment this time plus there were no other walk ins or appointments after me. I really liked the ceiling lighting, decor and seats. Ron really made it feel like an upscale luxury haircut experience! Plus he used a leave in conditioner which felt nice and a few other nice smelling hair sprays. And the other barber made sure to sweep every so often so the clumps of hair didn't pile up too much during the haircut. Lasel gave me an amazing cut, and it was exactly what I asked for! First time cut from him, and it was perfect! Service and atmosphere were great. I will be returning here, and would highly recommend Lasel to anyone looking for an amazing fade/cut!
