Absolutely worst hair cut of my life hands down. Worst of all, I was charged $78 USD for it. Would not recommend to anybody with straight hair.

This was my first experience here, and unfortunately it was disappointing. I paid $78 (including tip) for a regular men’s haircut. When I got home and showered, it became clear the cut was not what I asked for and was still significantly too long. While frustrating, I didn’t make a big issue of it at the time. If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. Don’t come here, because if you book a haircut here, you may not even get a haircut AND be met with a rude unhelpful attitude. To elaborate, I booked a scalp treatment, deep conditioning massage, and haircut with Carlton at 11AM on November 30th, 2025 (see the confirmation in the attached screenshot). Great vibes here! Highly recommend as they did me right with a fade and beard trim. Also really conversational and easy to talk to which is a big plus for me.
