The receiving staff was as courteous and friendly as they were fast! One minute per pallet to unload! Thank you, Royal cup coffee and tea!
They don't deliver product as promised. They don't return phone calls to the corporate number. And when I reached their Route Manager, he told me they don't need our business and then hung up on me before I could ask questions. For a company that's been around for 100 years or so, they sure don't understand customer service.
