I was quite taken aback by the way I was treated during my recent visit to your business today. I have been a loyal customer for years, and the experience was both unprofessional and inappropriate. Today with Lisa she printed flyers for me late a week after the event took place instead of her admitting she’s wrong she started screaming at me and hung up the phone on me.
