We had a great experience at Royal Crest. Thank you to Dr Z and her team. She made my son feel comfortable and took the time to answer all our questions. My son did not feel any pain during his procedure and is no longer scared to visit the dentist. It gives us parents peace of mind knowing that our child feels safe under Dr Z's care.
Horrible service, employees were swearing at each other, vibe was so horrible!
This is my second visit to the dental clinic and I was taken exactly at my appointment time. Office staff are all experienced, friendly and cooperative. Medical staff are professional and precise at their work. Once I was in, I felt that im in safe hands. All procedures were shown to me prior to conduct and to my satisfaction. It was a job " well done" at the end.
