I called this clinic to ask a simple question: whether they treat mucocele. The receptionist didn’t seem to know what it was, so I politely explained. Instead of listening or trying to help, she abruptly hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and rude. If this is how they treat potential patients just asking questions, I can’t imagine the actual service being any better. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The Royal Crest Dentistry really quickly became my go-to dental clinic. It’s an amazing place and it is extremely obvious that they work with care. Very welcoming and friendly environment, here I always felt super safe. I’m not the biggest fan of dentists usually, but Dr. Zina and her team made the process so simple and straightforward that it made me change my opinion about dentists overall! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
Lovely experience. Wendy the hygienist was gentle and kind. Dr. Zina Alwash was patient in explaining to me what she'd recommend for my dental care. Toula and Anne were warm and caring. I don't have enough nice things to say about this dentist's office. Every single of of the staff there are kind. Thank you very much to all of you for your wonderful care.
