Nice place to stay
A great Seattle vertical community. Being an older building, the units are relatively spacious, and the HOA is probably one of the most reasonable I have come across. The no dogs allowed policy is a bit controversial. But having dogs in the city doesn't seem to be a good idea to me anyway.
