I was a resident at Royal Crest Apartments since 2009-nearly 16 years!!! I was happy to call this place my home for my son and I. Of all the apartment complexes I've lived in NJ-this one is by far the best! It is quiet, neighbors keep to themselves, clean, and I always felt safe here with my son especially as a single parent. Update 4/22/25 - Tried unsuccessfully to move before having to renew our lease deadline that now has a 6% increase. All the decent places we looked at has a waiting list which we will not coincide with our time frame to leave here. The roach infestation still continues so in return they raise our rent 6%. I spoke to Jason in person with my concerns & issues but there was absolutely no negotiating with him to resolve my issues. I asked for a transfer since we’re forced to remain here.
