As others have said, management & maintenance are terrible. Both of my heaters were broken in Decemberso I put in a work request/notice. TWO WEEKS later they come by, can t fix the heaters, so they ordered new ones--they arrived 3 days later, and it took another 2 days(4 if you count the weekend) for them to put them in. There was also a problem with some of my paperwork in the front office through no fault of my own--a girl working there temporarily left some things blank & didn t get me to sign everything that needed to be... read more

had the worst experience ever. The management is terrible. She does everything to make sure you dont get a dime of your security deposit back. Will never advice a friend or family to live there

Completely awful!!! Management is VERY rude and doesnt fix things in a timely manner, I was without a working shower for almost 2 weeks . The air conditioner broke frequently and the drains were constantly stopped up. The complex is also very out of date no dishwasher, garbage disposal ect.
Royal Crest apts are without a doubt THE absolute worst apartments in Ruston. HUD or whomever the government agency over these apts should be ashamed of themselves to continue to allow rental of these rats nests. The sewage poo.....er... I mean swimming pool is probably a breeding ground for the next deadly strain of super bug.

This apartment complex is very unorganized. The owners refuse to fix necessary equipment in the apartment units. But In their other complexs they own {Village Green & Others} they have no problem fixing any equipment in the units. Personaly I belive that Royal Crest Apartments Tends to mostly {Black College Students } & the Owners & Mangers could care less about the living conditons.
